Fraudulent profession of the new age: Digital begging or Online begging from Onur Türk's blog

If you receive a message from a fake account with the theme 'Help' in your inbox on Facebook, İnstegram or social media, be prepared, emotional abusers have discovered this new social media. So what to do? How to separate these people?

Begging is a profession

In my opinion, begging is a profession whose basis is human exploitation. I am writing this to mean those who are in special situations, those who sell tissues or toys, and those who ask for money directly and even spit when they do not give it. Because of them, it becomes difficult to reach people who are truly in need. Moreover, when people in need are in a difficult situation, they cannot ask for money from anyone except their closest ones. On the contrary, they do everything to make the situation look positive. Begging has moved from exploiting people's conscience on the streets to a different area: Social Media!

Online digital begging or social media begging:

The difference between this begging method and other begging methods is that people ask for money safely in front of their computers or phones. They may portray themselves as having a good situation and act as if they are in a difficult situation. We can say that the reason for this is a kind of begging tactic.

People who engage in digital begging send friend requests to many people, have multiple accounts, and send the same message to thousands of people. They may try to establish an emotional bond with some of them, pretend to be their girlfriend and ask for money. Rest assured, you're not the only person he wants money from.

These people send the same victim message from morning to night, like a profession. Sometimes these messages may end up in the SPAM box. Or they ask for your e-mail address and send you e-mails in bulk. The reason they do this is because they do not waste time with one person and instead beg from more people at the same time.

Opening a camera and begging:

I see in some applications that you earn money when you like it or send a virtual gift. Such people may also demand money by begging for pity on broadcasts or by using their bodies as sexual objects.

They create profiles on smartphones and deceive people.

The cheapest of the smartphones is 500 Dollars. Its monthly top-up or bill is at least 50 dollars. You will ask, can a household survive with these? Yes, it doesn't get along, but don't you think conspiring against the consciences of famous or semi-famous people by using fake profiles is as immoral as stealing?

"I have a baby this month old, we need food and diapers."

By saying this, we first talk about people's feelings towards children. When you respond to the message, you see that the main issue is not diapers or food. When the ongoing abuse of religion, such as 'You send the money, I will collect it, may God bless you', comes into play, moments begin when all humane intentions disappear.

They sell theater tickets on behalf of physically disabled people

There are also those who sell theater tickets by using physically disabled people... They can also be cited as an example of phone begging. Ali Berber, Vice President of the Solidarity Association for the Physically Disabled, said, "If these donations go to the right places, the lives of thousands of people could change," and made the following striking sentences: "There is nothing to distinguish a fraudster from a real association.

You will not help anyone outside who asks you for donations. This is the only solution to this issue. They also print illegal receipts. That's why it's important to donate officially, through the account numbers of the institutions. This is a bleeding wound. This is a situation that puts all well-intentioned employee associations under suspicion. Believe me, billions of dollars are falling into the wrong hands. "If these donations went to the right places, the lives of thousands of people could change."

Be strong, control your emotions and do not send your money to people you do not know.
