| About me | I am an old-fashioned type of woman that wants to be treated like a woman ..this means I think that the woman should open the door, fill the role as the protector, etc. Courting...dating...whatever you want to call it should be fun! Getting out and doing activities while getting to know each other...not just making out! Plenty of time for that later ;) I want a man that can look at me from across the room and make me weak in the knees with a smile and a wink. A man that can be emotionally invested in the relationship and will accept me and my flaws and vulnerabilities that I possess. I want a relationship with someone who appreciates me as a woman and cherishes the relationship. My parents were married for 35 years before my mother passed away...their marriage had its ups and downs, but they were a great example of 100% committment. I am living life on life's terms and I am happy...I am not perfect, nor do I expect anyone else to be...I enjoy each day as it comes and am looking for someone that has the same optimistic outlook on life! I am easy going and I am always looking to try new things! One of my favorite sayings is "Progress, not perfection". What I do for fun... I am not a girly girl, although I do love to get dressed up and go out occasionally. I love getting down and dirty with my boys...we go hiking, camping, play basketball and football...I love to ride horses and ride 4 wheelers! I love the outdoors and prefer it to sitting around on the couch, although its nice to to just hang out at home sometimes as well... A few of my favorite things: sunshine, blue skies, Lake Powell, the mountains, the ocean, fresh cut grass, fresh vegetables, rainstorms, red roses, wildflowers, sand between my toes, holding hands, soft kisses on my neck, watching football, playing piano Things I DON'T LIKE: rude people, shopping (yes, I know...highly unusual), bad table manners, being stood up, smell of a litterbox, and cleaning the bathroom! |
