Sukhonthapatipak'ın DHA'da yer alan açıklamasında, "Türkiye’de akraba veya bir şekilde oraya gitmiş olan bir yakınının adresini gösterebilenlerin Türkiye’ye yollandığını ancak protokol gereği mecburen Türkiye ile hiçbir bağ gösteremeyen 109 kişinin de geldikleri yer olan Çin’e iade edildiği" bilgisi yer aldı.
