Is Turkey safe for foreign tourists during summer holidays?

As someone who was born in Turkey, I can say that yes, it is 90% safe but I cannot say that it is 100% safe. In recent years, many refugees have come to Turkey and they have spread to many cities.

When I last went on holiday to Antalya, I saw that there were many ID checks on the streets. This is a good thing for security. If you are going to a 5-star hotel, you already have your own private area and you can have a comfortable holiday with your family.

I have bad experince with taxi drivers. Better don't use taxi. You can use metro, minibus or feribot for go somewhere. Most of Taxi Drivers in Istanbul they are scammers.
